Throughout the course you will complete readings, submit brief papers, give short presentations, and participate in active yoga and meditation exercises.
You will immerse in nature through a variety of modalities and submit reflections on these experiences. Balancing traditional learning pedagogy in conjunction with experiential techniques, you will learn to collectively bridge the gap between yourself and the planet.
