Green Week 2023 at USC was a great success! With events all week long across our campuses, we empowered the Trojan community to engage in sustainability-focused behaviors and activities.
Green Week is just one of the many initiatives that support Assignment: Earth, USC’s sustainability framework for creating a healthy, just and thriving campus and world.
Green Week Highlights
USC Sustainability Hub Grand Opening: Watch the USC Sustainability Hub Grand Opening ceremony, featuring USC President Carol Folt, Senior Vice President of Administration David Wright, Chief Sustainability Officer Mick Dalrymple and others.
Postdoctoral Fellowships for Sustainability Solutions: The launch of this program aims to accelerate sustainability research; train future leaders in academia, government and non-governmental organizations, and industry; and support discovery, evaluation, and implementation of innovative solutions to sustainability problems.
USC Sustainability Hub: The new Hub is a multi-use gathering space for the USC community to collaborate around sustainability solutions. It’s also the home of Assignment: Earth, USC’s sustainability framework for a healthy, just and thriving campus and world.
USC Supdate Slack Workspace: This Supdate provides students with a dedicated workspace for sustainability at USC. Join the workspace to connect with other members and access internships, jobs, research positions, volunteer and engagement events, interesting environmentalist media and more.
